asked the Lord President of the Council if he will arrange for the Services Committee to examine the possibility of installing an extension of the loud-speaker system on to the centre tables in the Division Lobbies.

In considering a similar proposal, the Administration and Housekeeping Sub-Committee of the Select Committee on House of Commons (Services) recommended that it should not be proceeded with until the House had received the report of the Select Committee on Broadcasting the Proceedings of the House.
