Mr. John Leeasked the Prime Minister if he will order the convening of a new public inquiry in this country under the provisions of the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) Act, 1921 into the circumstances under which some persons were killed in 1958 in Nyasaland, now Malawi in the course of the suppression of a conspiracy, while that country was still a protectorate administered by Her Majesty's Government.
