§ Mr. Braineasked the Minister of Power if he will list all arrangements entered into since October 1964 by the National Coal Board with private firms for joint ventures in production and distribution, giving, in each case, the name of the company concerned, the nature of the product involved, and the scale of the joint venture, in terms of both value and volume; (2) if he will provide a list of all private firms in which the National Coal Board has acquired an interest since October 1964, giving, in each case, the name of the company concerned, the nature of its products, the percentage share of its equity acquired and the cost of the acquisition.
