83. Mr. R. W. Elliott

asked the Minister of Health if he is aware that the failure to reach a firm decision in connection with the future hospital extensions in Newcastle-upon-Tyne is inflicting hardship on and affecting the property of Mr. O'Kane, details about which have been sent to him by the honourable Member for Newcastle-upon-Tyne, North; what action he will take; and if he will make a statement.

The planning authority has been informed that this property need not be zoned for hospital purposes in the revised Town Plan.
