§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Economic Affairs what is the Government's policy with regard to directors of companies, both private and public, who do not divulge their salaries, incomes and emoluments to the shareholders or to other outside bodies; and whether he will refer directors' earnings to the National Board for Prices and Incomes.
§ Mr. AlbuThe Government are currently considering what further information is needed about directors' remuneration. I do not rule out the possibility of a reference to the Board at an appropriate time.
