§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsFirms recruiting for vacancies in the United States do not use the services of the Ministry and do not report their results to me, but I have seen Press reports claiming a considerable response to newspaper advertisements of such vacancies. British establishments controlled by United States firms are not separately identified in my Department's records.
