§ Mr. MacCollThis draft amendment to the Building Regulations, which relates to the siting of small garden sheds, greenhouses and the like, is one of a number which have been under consideration by the Building Regulations Advisory Committee. My right hon. Friend is considering their advice, and his decisions will be reflected in a statutory instrument which he expects to lay before Parliament very shortly.
