§ The Prime MinisterAs my hon. and learned Friend knows, I am at present engaged in discussions with the French Prime Minister, and I would ask my hon. and learned Friend to await the outcome of these discussions before we can discuss the question of what future arrangements can be made for continuing contacts between our two countries.
