§ Mr. RossFinal details of proposed works, for which Sutherland County Council, as harbour authority, is seeking Exchequer grant, were received last month and I hope to intimate a decision soon. Meantime I have offered the council grant of 75 per cent. of the cost of preliminary works including a diver's survey and exploratory bores.
