asked the Minister of Public Building and Works what is the total amount of office space occupied by Government Departments within the London area; how this compares with October, 1964; and what changes are to be made within the next five years.

§ Mr. Prentice
About 15 million sq. ft. in the Greater London Area, excluding Post Office buildings, compared with about 14 million sq. ft. in October, 1964.
Changes over the next five years will take account of variations in numbers, improved standards and dispersal policy.
