§ Mr. Ron Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce amending legislation so as to allow some proportion of state management profits to be used in the areas of state management for such improvements as may be necessary.
§ Miss BaconImprovements to the property of the Carlisle State Management Scheme are financed from the profits of the Scheme. My right hon. Friend has no proposals for legislation to allow the profits to be used for purposes unconnected with the Scheme.
