The material, which consists of recruiting leaflets for the Civil Defence Corps and Auxiliary Fire Service, and a Campaign Guide giving details of Press advertisements, posters and other media, was produced for the Civil Defence national publicity and recruiting campaign held in 1964. No national campaign was held in 1965 because of the home defence review.
