§ Mr. SwinglerIn 1964 2 fatal and 38 personal injury accidents on the bypass were reported and in 1965 13 personal injury accidents. The bridge and its approaches are marked by mandatory solid and dotted lines. Accident Black Spot notices would not be appropriate there.
