§ Mr. BennMeasures to improve the quality and extend the coverage of their services are a matter for the broadcasting authorities in the first instance. I have recently received proposals for extending their VHF television services from both the B.B.C. and the I.T.A. and as soon as I have considered these plans I will make an announcement.
