Osbornasked the Minister of Health, in view of the danger to health revealed by experience in the United States of America, what examination he has made of the freezing balls being imported from Hong Kong and now on sale in this country; and what evidence of bacterial infection resulting from the 42W use of these balls he has adduced from his examination.
§ Mr. K. RobinsonBacteriological examinaitons have shown that some of these and similar types of object have been contaminated, but none with the pathogenic types of organisms reported to have been found in America. I have no evidence of human infection from this source.
