§ Mr. MulleyPayments on all TSR2 contracts up to the time of cancellation amounted to £125 million. Since cancellation we have paid out a further £40 million for work done and cancellation charges in respect of severance, unrecovered overheads and the like. However, the final amounts are still the subject of negotiation between my Department and all the companies concerned and it may be some months yet before final settlement is reached.
