§ 83. Mr. Onslowasked the First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Economic Affairs what allowance for imports of military equipment from the United States of America was contained in the initial calculation of total imports in 1970 in the preparation of the National Plan; and to what extent it was necessary to adjust this in the light of the results of the industrial inquiry and other factors.
