§ Mr. CrossmanThe number of English local authorities which will qualify for this special treatment will be very small.
The full list is still being worked out. It will include the following authorities:—
200W Housing provided, under overspill arrangements, for the relief of congestion or overcrowding in the areas of these authorities will qualify for the concession, equally with housing provided by the authorities themselves.
