§ Mr. Hamlingasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what provision his Department is making for the full-time education of young people in borstal institutions, in the light of Her Majesty's Government's plans for raising the school leaving age by 1970.
§ Miss BaconFull-time education would be provided in borstals for persons of school age as it is already provided in junior detention centres and approved schools.
