asked the Minister of Labour if he is aware that certain trade unions are prevented by law from investing funds in shipyard projects; and if he will seek to amend the law to permit those unions who wish to invest a limited sum in such projects to do so.

No. The law does not prevent trade unions from investing their funds in shipyard projects if their rules allow it.
