Mr. Woodhouseasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he will take steps to authorise grants to be made to organisations catering for young people under 14 years of 287W age, such as the Boy Scouts and Girl Guides, on lines similar to those made for the benefit of young people of 14 years and over under the terms of the Albemarle Report.
