§ Mr. AlbuOur aim is to make full use of the resources of the whole Northern Region, on the basis of the plans which the Economic Planning Council and Board are preparing. Our new development areas will give industrialists much more freedom than in the past to go to places which they consider to offer favourable conditions for future growth.
