§ Mr. BennThe B.B.C. has agreed that its building projects in the United Kingdom will be subjected to control by me. I shall consult my right hon. Friend the Minister of Public Building and Works, and this control will have the same effect as the licensing controls which, in the Building Control Bill introduced by him, it is proposed to impose on privately sponsored projects.
