§ 86. Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware of the dissatisfaction at the state of the hospital services in West Fife; and whether he will include in the revised hospital building programme the provision of a new general hospital for the area.
§ Mr. RossI am aware of local dissatisfaction. I regret it has not been possible to include a new general hospital for West Fife in the programme for 1966–71 announced in the review of the hospital plan. Considerable improvements and extensions are being made to the existing Dunfermline hospitals.
