§ Mr. John MorrisThe Laboratory's main function is research and it does not undertake the routine testing of apparatus. Simulators have been used by the Laboratory only as a research tool. It has recently commenced research on methods of driver training, but has not, as yet, investigated the value of simulators for this purpose.
