§ Mrs. CastleNo. The answer given to the hon. Member for Tiverton (Mr. Maxwell-Hyslop) on 1st February referred to decisions which I might take after 1st February. My predecessor's decision was given on 22nd December, and I think this was early enough not to affect holiday arrangements.
