§ 79. Mr. Woodhouseasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government when he will authorise the renewal of capital grants in aid by local authorities to community associations in their areas.
§ Mr. MacCollI would refer the hon. Member to the statement on public expenditure made by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 8th February. My right hon. Friend is prepared to consider an application to borrow money for this purpose where a local authority can show that there is an urgent need.
