Mr. Freesonasked the Prime Minister if Her Majesty's Government will review the policy of an annual quota ceiling on the issue of work vouchers under the Commonwealth Immigrants Act, as laid down in the White Paper on Immigration from the Commonwealth, in order that alternative more satisfactory methods of immigration control conducive to integration may be submitted for consideration.
