§ Mr. LoughlinIn reply to requests for evidence supporting allegations made in this publication on 1st January, the editor referred my Department to an article to be published on 8th January. This, however, did not contain any such evidence. With regard to the second part of the Question, I would refer my hon. and learned Friend to the reply given to my hon.
