§ 1. Mr. Gordon Oakesasked the Minister of Health, why there has been no child psychiatrist in the Bolton area since August 1965; which qualified child psychiatrist is at present caring for patients in that area; and where his surgeries are held.
§ Mr. LoughlinThe child psychiatrist for this area resigned in August 1965, and despite repeated advertisement of the vacancy it has not proved possible to appoint a successor. Children requiring psychiatric help may be referred to the two consultant psychiatrists at Bolton Royal Infirmary.
