§ Mr. DarlingThe Board of Trade is advised that it may not appoint an inspector under Section 165 of the Companies Act, 1948, to investigate the affairs of a company in liquidation. Introductions Limited, which was the registered 119W sole proprietor of Anglian Pig Breeders, is in compulsory liquidation and the senior official receiver is investigating its affairs.
