§ Mr. ReynoldsI hope to retain the co-operation and help of the Territorial and Auxiliary Forces Associations in the administration of the Army Volunteer Reserve and the Home Defence Force; the precise nature of their réle has still to be worked out in consultation with the Territorial Army Council.
