asked the Postmaster-General how many sets of new stamps were presented free during 1965; and whether he will publish a list of the recipients.

Of the nine different sets of stamps issued in 1965, a total of 5,187 sets were presented free. As the list of recipients is a long one I will, with permission, circulate it in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
