§ 61. Mr. Charles Morrisonasked the Minister of Transport what constitutes a quorum of the National Road Safety Advisory Council; and to what extent she takes into consideration the number of members present at any meeting of the Council before taking its advice.
§ Mrs. CastleWhen the Council was established it was left to settle 79W its own procedures and the Chairman informs me that there is no formal quorum rule in force at present. I must, of course, make my own judgment, taking into account all the relevant factors, on whatever advice I receive from the Chairman on behalf of the Council.
