asked the Minister of Transport whether, following the discussions between her Department and the Motor Insurers' Bureau, she will set up a committee of inquiry into motor insurance.

Discussions are still proceeding with the Motor Insurers' Bureau about altering the existing arrangements for compensating the victims of untraced drivers. I hope they will lead to a satisfactory solution.
