Beamishasked the Prime Minister if he will detail the conditions that the de facto Government in Rhodesia must accept before he is willing to have discussions with anyone, including Mr. Smith or any of his Ministers, who in the opinion of the Governor wish to contribute to a negotiated settlement including renunciation of the unilateral declaration of independence.
