§ Mr. BottomleySteps have been taken to ensure that all those concerned know of the commutation by Her Majesty the Queen of the sentence on Mr. Lazarus. Should anyone harm Mr. Lazarus in defiance of this, he would be acting without legal authority and would have to accept liability for the consequence of his action.
