§ 55. Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what his plans are for the future of Her Majesty's prison at Hill Hall, Theydon Mount; and whether he will make a statement.
§ Miss BaconHill Hall is an open prison for up to 75 suitably selected women. My right hon. Friend has no plans to change its use, but he proposes to provide on an adjacent site a closed prison for up to 250 women.
