§ Mr. John MackieCost changes for all the requisites for cereal and livestock production are taken into account at each Annual Review. The number of individual items is very large. For convenience they are grouped under the following headings in the Annual Review White Papers: labour, rent and interest, machinery expenses, feedingstuffs, seeds, fertilisers, haulage and marketing,. and miscellaneous.
