Mr. Oakes

asked the Minister without Portfolio, if he will carry out the recommendations of the Royal Commission on Justices of the Peace and introduce legislation in this session of Parliament to abolish the office of ex-officio Justice of the Peace, particularly in view of the recent White Paper on the Training of Justices of the Peace.
