§ Mr. G. Campbellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland why he has given notice that he intends to prohibit vehicles exceeding 24 tons from using the Spey Bridge on the Inverness-Aberdeen trunk road.
§ Mr. RossI am advised that weights of over 24 tons are more than the structure of the bridge can withstand without incurring damage.
