asked the Secretary of State for Wales where the dual carriageways and the motorways, respectively, of Wales are located; what are their lengths; what additional dual carriageways and motorways will have been opened in Wales by 1970; and what will be their locations and lengths.

It is impossible to specify precisely what additional lengths of dual carriageway road will be started and completed but it is expected that some twelve more miles will have been completed, which will bring the total in 1970 to about 88 miles.
