according to age, payable under a contract of employment signed in August, 1965 by a registered friendly society to district clerks, comes within the scope of the wages standstill under the Prices and Incomes Act; and if he is aware that the pensions of clerks within the relevant category may be affected by a decision to withhold the increase.
§ Mr. GunterIt is not intended that the standstill shall apply to regular increments of specified amounts within a predetermined range or scale.
