§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what steps he is taking to introduce a land use plan to give a background against which physical planning decisions can be made.
§ Mr. MacCollLand use plans are prepared and periodically revised by each local planning authority to give a background against which all physical planning decisions can be made. Regional studies by economic planning councils are now being undertaken which will provide a framework for the better guidance of local planning authorities in their land use planning.
