Mr. Joplingasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether all telephone calls from the United Kingdom to Gibraltar are monitored; and why a private call on Tuesday, 29th November between the two was cut off when casual mention was made of the fact that two empty Royal Air Force Britannias had passed through Gibraltar the previous evening, on the way to Southern Africa.
