§ Mr. BowdenNo licences have been issued by the Board of Trade for the export of armaments of any kind to Rhodesia since 11th November, 1965, nor is there any evidence to suggest that any armaments have been sold to the illegal regime in Rhodesia by Commonwealth countries since that date.
