§ Dr. Millerasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he will authorise Glasgow Corporation to start construction of the Kingston Bridge section of the inner ring road.
§ Mr. RossI have today approved the 75 per cent. grant required to allow the Corporation to go ahead with this scheme at an estimated cost of £11½ million.
