§ 95. Sir D. Walker-Smithasked the Minister of Transport whether, having regard to the results of traffic surveys carried out by the Hertfordshire County Council this year and to the undoubted increase of traffic congestion in Hoddesdon and Ware, she will give an early place in the trunk road programme to construction of a Hoddesdon-Ware bypass to the A108.
§ Mr. SwinglerMy right hon. Friend will take into account the results of the recent Transportation Study when deciding whether to include the Hoddesdon-Ware By-pass to the A10 in the list of trunk road schemes which she hopes to announce early next year.
