(2) what steps he has taken to satisfy himself that there were no errors of judgment, or incompetence, or negligence on the part of public servants involved in the Cadco affair; and if he will publish a detailed account of his findings.
§ Mr. RossI have reviewed in detail the sequence of events in which Glenrothes Development Corporation and my Department were involved, and I have studied the report by inspectors under the Companies Act.
