§ The Prime MinisterNone. The arrangements for Ministerial responsibility for the security service remain as I described them in my reply to the hon. Member for Chigwell (Mr. Biggs-Davison) on 6th December. The functions of my right hon. Friend the Paymaster-General 49W are confined to advising me on such questions of security falling within my responsibility as I may refer to him from time to time.—[Vol. 737, c. 277.]
